Do you take insurance?

I do not process insurance claims. If you require insurance coverage, I can assist you in finding a therapist who accepts your insurance. I can also provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Payment is by cash, card, Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrencies. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing expected charges. Read the full notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments may be canceled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, are subject to a $75 fee. More than three cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in loss of a standing appointment and placement on the call list.

What to Expect in Your First Session

In our first meeting, we'll begin by gently delving into the primary concern that brought you here and explore how it's affecting your daily life. We'll gather some essential background information, and I'll outline a potential therapeutic path forward. These sessions are dedicated to your journey, and it's my privilege to support you through it. You always retain the right to pause or end therapy at any point, and your input on our direction is crucial. My goal is to help you reach your therapeutic milestones as efficiently as possible, while providing the utmost care and empathy. This is my promise to you.

How long does therapy take?

The length of therapy varies for each individual and depends on factors like goals, personality, past traumas, life experiences, and current functioning. Some may find therapy beneficial for several months, while others might continue for a longer period. Generally, clients attend weekly sessions, though bi-weekly sessions can also be arranged based on availability.
